THAILAND, December 17, 2009: The Government of Thailand released remarkable new edition of stamps depicting the Hindu Deities, to the delight of local Hindus. Thailand has a strong affinity to the Hindu religion, part of the rich and colorful Thai culture.
The newly published stamps are embossed and printed with four images of Hindu Gods, namely Lord Ganesha,Lord Brahma, Lord Narayana(Phra Narai) and Lord Shiva (Phra Issuan), along with the symbol Aum.
